THE SOURCE METHOD Capability Architecture

Four capability
faces. Limitless outcomes.

The Source Method compresses modern AI-era capability into four faces: BUILD, TRADE / CAPITAL, PROVE, and DEPLOY. Instead of chasing disconnected skills forever, students learn the capability architecture that lets them build systems, understand capital systems, validate what works, and operate in real environments.

Why the Method Exists

The problem is not lack
of information. The problem is lack of structure.

The internet already contains more information than any person can consume. The failure point is not access to content. The failure point is sequence, focus, feedback, proof, and operational structure. Source Method exists to compress the chaos into four high-leverage capability faces so a student can stop wandering and start building real power.

The Model

The Capability
Tetrahedron.

The student does not need unlimited focus. The student needs the right capability architecture. Four faces, one center. BUILD, TRADE / CAPITAL, PROVE, and DEPLOY converge on Operational Independence.

01

BUILD

AI Systems

Build AI agents, automations, dashboards, SaaS prototypes, RAG systems, local inference pipelines, model routing, APIs, data pipelines, and internal tools.

02

TRADE / CAPITAL

Trading & Capital Systems

Risk, liquidity, data, timing, compounding, simulation, infrastructure, and emotional discipline for capital-facing systems.

03

PROVE

Research Lab & Validation

Test, benchmark, validate, and document what survives scrutiny. Benchmarks, hallucination testing, backtest integrity.

04

DEPLOY

Platform & Infrastructure

Platform environments, dashboards, private AI environments, servers, execution systems, access controls, telemetry.

Face 1

BUILD
AI Systems.

BUILD means creating systems instead of merely using tools. The AI Systems face trains operators to build AI agents, automations, dashboards, SaaS prototypes, RAG and retrieval systems, local inference pipelines, model routing, APIs, data pipelines, internal tools, and workflow systems. A student who can only prompt is dependent. A student who can build controls the stack.

AI agents Automations RAG / Retrieval Local Inference Model Routing APIs Data Pipelines
Face 2

TRADE / CAPITAL
Trading and Capital Systems.

TRADE / CAPITAL is the capital-facing proof of capability. Trading Systems and Capital Systems are not optional. This face teaches risk, liquidity, data, timing, compounding, simulation, research, infrastructure, and emotional discipline. The goal is not to create gamblers. The goal is to create operators who understand risk, liquidity, data, compounding, automation, and system behavior under pressure.

This is not a signals program. Not financial advice. Not guaranteed returns. Not gambling.

Face 3

PROVE
Research Lab and Validation.

A system is not serious until it survives scrutiny. PROVE is the discipline that separates real capability from theater. PROVE is where claims become evidence. AI systems can sound right and still fail. Trading systems can look convincing and still fail. Research Lab exists to test, benchmark, validate, and document what survives scrutiny.

Benchmarks Validation Scorecards Research Memos Hallucination Testing RAG Evaluation Agent Reliability Backtest Integrity
Face 4

DEPLOY
Platform, Infrastructure, and Execution.

A system that cannot run is incomplete. DEPLOY turns systems into operating reality. A prototype is not enough. This face covers platform environments, infrastructure, dashboards, private AI environments, servers, local inference labs, execution systems, access controls, telemetry, operating layers, and controlled workspaces.

The Center

Operational independence
is the center.

At the center of the Source Method is self-sustaining capability. Jobs are allowed. Jobs are not the ceiling. The goal is operational independence.

The goal is not completion. The goal is capability.

The Whole Model

Why the four faces
work together.

BUILD without PROVE creates fragile systems. PROVE without DEPLOY creates research that never operates. DEPLOY without BUILD creates dependence on other people’s tools. TRADE / CAPITAL without PROVE becomes gambling. BUILD, TRADE / CAPITAL, PROVE, and DEPLOY together create a complete capability architecture.

BUILD + PROVE

Systems are tested, not just shipped.

TRADE + PROVE

Strategies are validated, not gambled.

PROVE + DEPLOY

Validated systems reach operating environments.

BUILD + DEPLOY

Built systems run in controlled infrastructure.

Education

Source University
trains through the Method.

Source University is not mass education. It is adaptive apprenticeship. One-on-one mentorship, adaptive learning, AI tutors and AI mentors, proof-of-work, and a private pilot model — all organized around the four capability faces. Education should not feel like punishment. Education as entertainment.

Capability creates access. Proof-of-work may open deeper exposure, depending on capability, trust, fit, timing, and availability.

Beyond Education

The Method does not
stop at learning.

Research Lab gives the model a proof layer. Platform, Infrastructure, and Execution give the model an operating layer.
